Why you will love these Breakfast Wraps
These wraps take very little time to make but pack a big punch in flavour. The vegetables and meats can be swapped for what you have on hand making it a versitile breakfast option on the go.
Ingredients and tools
- Eggs
- Breakfast Sausage
- Onions
- Bell Peppers
- Salt
- Pepper
- Wraps
- Cheese
- Frying pan
- whisk
- bowl
- large sheet pan
- parchment paper
- tin foil

Step By Step Guide
Cook sausages through.
While the sausage is cooking, dice the onions and peppers, then sweat out the onions and peppers to reduce the water in the egg mixture.
Once the sausages are cooked dice them into bite size pieces.
In a large bowl, crack 12 eggs, a splash of milk, and the slightly cooled onions and peppers. Whisk well.
Pour the egg mixture into a large, well-greased cookie sheet. Then sprinkle the sausges over the eggs evenly.
Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes.
Cool and slice the eggs
Add the desired amount of cheese and egg to the wrap, and roll the wrap.
Enjoy if eating right away, or wrap it in parchment and foil for freezing and easy reheating at a later date.
Reheating
Frying pan:
Remove foil and parchment. On low heat, place wraps in a frying pan and cover. Turn the wraps after 5 minutes and it begins to toast until toasted on all sides and warmed through.
Microwave:
Remove foil from the wrap and microwave for 1.5-2 minutes.
