  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Start with 1 cup peanut butter, and add more up to a half cup if the mixture appears too dry and crumbly.
  2. Allow the mixture to rest for a couple of minutes in the fridge.
  3. Using a cookie scoop, scoop and roll each ball and place on a lined cookie sheet.
  4. Place in the fridge for another 10-15 minutes to firm up or freeze for later when batch cooking.
